I have updated the KML files to a network version and included Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos PDR (US Air Force General Purpose Sorties at the moment, Cluster bomb sorties still a work-in-progress.)

I just tried Attapeu Province, and seems to work fine for me. They are big files so may take a minute or two to load.
